We are seeking a Product Manager to grow the product from a few beta users to a large user base.
About the Role
As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for an existing product to build ever more useful, usable, and delightful experiences to serve the needs of their target users. Your superpowers will include truly understanding the target user segment, handling incoming feature requests, ruthlessly prioritizing them and coming up with a coherent roadmap that optimizes for solving the right problems at the right time for users. You will work closely with marketing, business and engineering teams to ensure revenue, adoption and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Set up and drive product analytics for customer growth.
Drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives to grow adoption and engagement for self-serve customers.
Interact with customers to understand their needs, concerns and workflows to continually improve on the product adoption and experience of customers.
Partner closely with business, marketing, legal, design, and engineering teams on launch including marketing, pricing and product strategies.
Define the product roadmap based on user requirements and drive implementation throughout the product life cycle via OKRs, monthly and weekly sprint plans.
Fully specify each functional release. Work with design and engineering to develop feature level specifications inclusive of UX/UI design, validate assumptions, prototypes and designs directly with existing and prospective customers.
Design industry-first path breaking products to solve customers and industry problems..
Engineering degree with strong academic credentials.
4-6 years of work experience.
Product management experience for B2B SaaS or digital consumer products will be a huge plus.
Familiarity with scrum processes and agile methodologies will be preferred.
Be customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Ability to constantly zoom in to granular details and zoom to understand business trade-offsand user requirements.
Analytical thinker who has a process-oriented mindset and is willing to work across teams to ensure seamless execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with high EQ for client and cross-functional interactions.
Able to convincingly demonstrate the impact of a new solution and make clear recommendations.
Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make reasonable decisions when faced with ambiguity.
Ability to interface at multiple levels of the organization and across functional groups to clearly articulate priorities and deliverables.
Understanding of product strategies, strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.
Cross functional team management, strong presentation and public speaking skills.
