We are seeking a Product Manager to growthe product from a few beta users to a large user base.
About the Role
As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the roadmap for anexisting product to build ever more useful, usable, and delightful experiencesto serve the needs of their target users. Your superpowers will include trulyunderstanding the target user segment, handling incoming feature requests,ruthlessly prioritizing them and coming up with a coherent roadmap thatoptimizes for solving the right problems at the right time for users. You willwork closely with marketing, business and engineering teams to ensure revenue,adoption and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Set up anddrive product analytics for customer growth.
Driveacquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives to grow adoptionand engagement for self-serve customers.
Interact with customers to understand their needs, concerns and workflows to continuallyimprove on the product adoption and experience of customers.
Partner closely with business, marketing, legal, design, and engineering teams onlaunch including marketing, pricing and product strategies.
Define the product roadmap based on user requirements and drive implementation throug houtthe product life cycle via OKRs, monthly and weekly sprint plans.
Fully specify each functional release. Work with design and engineering to developfeature level specifications inclusive of UX/UI design, validate assumptions,prototypes and designs directly with existing and prospective customers.
Designindustry-first path breaking products to solve customers and industry problems..
Engineering degree with strong academic credentials.
4-6 years of work experience.
Product management experience for B2B SaaS or digitalconsumer products will be a huge plus.
Familiarity with scrum processes and agile methodologies will be preferred.
Be customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Ability to constantly zoom in to granular details and zoom to understand business trade-offsand user requirements.
Analytical thinker who has a process-oriented mindsetand is willing to work across teams to ensure seamless execution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,with high EQ for client and cross-functional interactions.
Able to convincingly demonstrate the impact of a newsolution and make clear recommendations.
Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environmentand make reasonable decisions when faced with ambiguity.
Ability to interface at multiple levels of theorganization and across functional groups to clearly articulate priorities anddeliverables.
Understanding of product strategies, stronganalytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisionsthat lead to results.
Crossfunctional team management, strong presentation and public speaking skills.
