Responsibility

  • Lead Qualification:
    -Receive and qualify inbound leads from various channels, including website inquiries, email campaigns, and partner referrals.
    -Assess customer needs, pain points, and budget to determine fit for Needl.ai solutions.
    -Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales team for further development and closing.
  • Inquiry Handling:
    -Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    -Provide clear and concise information about Needl.ai's products and services.
    -Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
  • Deal Closing:
    -Close smaller deals within your designated territory, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    -Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
    -Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration:
    -Provide briefings about enterprise deals to relevant teams, ensuring seamless handoff for larger opportunities.
    -Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process.
    -Share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Performance Analysis:
    -Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    -Generate reports and present insights to leadership.
    -Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of success in qualifying leads, handling inquiries, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience managing clients across different time zones, including India and the US, is a strong plus.
