Responsibilities

• UI / UX design of our core product
• Conduct research, carry out testing and use data to create value-based propositions with optimized information flows
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to produce powerful product interfaces and interactions
• Work with the leadership to strengthen our brand voice and vision
  
• Work on creating the entire user experience from research to UX Strategy, UX writing to wireframing and prototyping.
• Create the UI, iconography, grid systems, micro-animations / interactions and other styles of expression.
• Create original graphic design to bring the interface design to life
• Build a top-notch team of designers that works in service of the product

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 -5 years of industry experience in user experience, interaction design
  
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, AdobeXD. Good understanding on HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
  
• Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Expert level for user-centred design and testing methodologies, usability and accessibility issues.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
• Experience on user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
• Ability to work with program management teams to design the overall project planning and execute the same either in an agile model.
• Experience in design of both B2B and a B2C applications is preferred.
• A degree in engineering will be an advantage.
