In this role, your work will involve:

Design and apply ML models to serve customers in semantic search, recommendation systems, topic modeling etc. Ability to lead and mentor small teams

Must-Have Skills

Experience working with high volumes of data, ideally with machine learning playing a critical role
Strong foundational knowledge of traditional machine learning models
Strong foundational knowledge of Natural Language Processing
Familiarity with deep learning
ElasticSearch/Solr experience
Ability to build models based on TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn
Deep understanding of information retrieval

Good to Have

Knowledge of backend technologies - Postgres, Elasticsearch/Solr
Familiarity with vector search and vector search engines like Jina/Vespa/Milvus
Familiarity with Cloud AWS/GCP/Azure
Familiar with docker/serverless architectures

Experience

M.Tech/B.Tech from top tier colleges - IITs/IISc/NITs/BITS or equivalent
1 to 2 years of experience
