Mr. LaChance has been a portfolio manager specializing in high-yield bonds, distressedsecurities and private equity and debt for over 25 years. For the past 12 years Mr.LaChance has served as strategic advisor, interim senior management and director toseveral companies. Mr. LaChance worked for Satellite Asset Management, L.P., a NewYork based investment management fund with approximately $7 billion dollars undermanagement from 2005 to 2007. Prior to Satellite, he was a partner at Post AdvisoryGroup, LLC, an $8 billion investment management firm in Los Angeles and alsopreviously managed hedge funds for LibertyView Capital Management.

Mr. LaChance currently serves as independent Director of Terran Orbital, a privatesatellite manufacturer and operator. over the past 6 years he was a director at EnergyXXI (Chairman), Eletson (co-lead independent), and Aspire (executive Chairman). priorto that, he was Director at Northern Offshore Ltd., serving as chairman from 2005 to2012 and interim president and CEO from November 2009 to July 2010. Horizon Lines,Inc., a domestic shipping company, where he had served from 2008 to 2015 and wasaudit and finance committee chairman. Mr. LaChance also served on the Boards ofGlobal Aviation (Chairman) and FriendFinder Network (lead independent and auditcommittee chairman).

Mr. LaChance earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from NortheasternUniversity and a master's degree in business administration from the Stern School ofBusiness at New York University.
