  • Design and execute a comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy tailored for the US and Indian markets, aligned with company objectives and ROI-focused.
  • Develop buyer personas and in-depth content strategies for each target audience segment,fostering brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Leverage a multi-channel approach to lead generation, including website optimization (SEO/UX),content marketing (blogs, white papers, case studies), social media marketing (organic & paid), and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Orchestrate impactful outbound marketing campaigns, employing targeted email outreach, cold calling strategies, and personalized prospecting tactics, tailored for both US and Indian business cultures.
  • Champion the adoption and utilization of marketing automation platforms to streamline lead nurturing, segmentation, and qualification across the buyer journey.
  • Implement robust lead scoring models to assess lead quality and prioritize sales efforts.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across all channels (website, social media, email, etc.) using advanced marketing analytics tools
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations, optimizing campaigns for continuous improvement and maximizing lead generation across both US and Indian markets.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, product, design) to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across regions.
  • Stay at the forefront of B2B marketing trends and technologies, proactively identifying and implementing best practices for lead generation in the US and Indian contexts.


    • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation across diverse markets (US & India preferred).
    • In-depth understanding of B2B lead generation methodologies, including inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in content marketing, with the ability to create high-performing content tailored for US and Indian audiences.
    • Proven experience in crafting compelling messaging for C-suite executives and key decision makers in both the US and Indian business environments.
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
    • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics and campaign execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships across geographical and cultural divides.
    • A data-driven approach to marketing, with a passion for extracting actionable insights andoptimizing campaigns for performance.
    • Fluency in English and strong understanding of business practices in both the US and Indian markets (Hindi fluency a plus).
