  • Lead the pre-sales process for enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Understanding customer needs and challenges.
  • Research about people, products, services, and clients of the customer
  • Planning and conducting personalized product demos and presentations.
  • Deeply understanding's features and functionalities to answer complex technicalquestions.
  • Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives to develop winning proposals and close deals

    Technical Competence & Communication

    • Possess a strong understanding of information management, AI-powered solutions, and enterprise software.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise presentations for non-technical audiences.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of and address customer concerns andobjections

    Strategic Mindset & Collaboration

    • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted prospecting strategies.
    • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine pre-sales processes.
    • Utilize competitive intelligence to ensure's differentiation and value proposition are clearly communicated.

    Proactiveness & Continuous Learning

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in information management and AI.
    • Proactively seek feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to improve pre-sales strategies and presentations.
    • Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.


    • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or a related field, ideally within the enterprise software or B2B space.
    • Proven track record of successfully qualifying leads and driving deals to closure.
    • Strong understanding of information management challenges and the value proposition of AI powered solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (technology, business, communications) preferred.
