  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to fully grasp project objectives and targetaudiences.
  • Conceive and develop creative concepts for a diverse range of B2B marketing materials,including:
    1. Presentations
    2. Sales collateral (e.g., brochures, one-pagers)
    3. Social media graphics (e.g., infographics, explainer videos)
    4. Website graphics, UI elements (in collaboration with web developers)
    5. Email marketing templates
    6. Trade show visuals

  • Translate complex B2B information into clear, concise, and visually engaging content thatresonates with target audiences.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to's established brand guidelines and style guide.
  • Leverage design thinking principles to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions.
  • Work effectively with internal stakeholders to seamlessly integrate feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current design trends and best practices specificto B2B marketing.
  • Proactively stay abreast of the latest design software and tools.


    • 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience as a Graphic Designer, with a proven track record within the B2B marketing domain.
    • A compelling portfolio showcasing a diverse array of B2B-focused design projects.
    • Mastery of industry-standard design software:
      1. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
      2. Figma
    • In-depth understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
    • The ability to translate complex concepts into visually captivating and clear narratives
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering seamless teamwork across functional departments.
    • Proven time management expertise with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
    • A meticulous eye for detail and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • A genuine passion for B2B marketing and staying informed about industry trends.

    Highly Desired Skills:

    • Proficiency in user experience (UX) design principles
    • Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects)
    • Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Blender)
    • Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS)

    Webflow Expertise will be a plus

    • A demonstrably strong understanding and experience with Webflow is highly desirable. The ability to design and prototype user interfaces within Webflow to enhance our digital presence would be a significant asset.
